Due to the perishable nature of plants, our refund and return policy is limited and subject to the conditions below. Return Eligibility Returns are generally not accepted for live plants due to their delicate and perishable nature. However, we will review refund or replacement requests in the following situations: The plant arrives damaged during transit The plant arrives dead on arrival You received the wrong product The product is significantly different from the order Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery. 2. Proof Requirement To process a refund or replacement request, customers must provide: Clear photos of the plant/product Photos of the packaging Order number Photos should be emailed to our support team for verification. 3. Refund Options After reviewing the request, Devrai Nursery may offer one of the following solutions: Replacement of the plant or product Store credit for future purchases Partial or full refund (depending on the issue) The final decision will be made by Devrai Nursery after reviewing the evidence. 4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases: Damage caused after delivery Improper plant care (overwatering, underwatering, lack of sunlight, etc.) Minor soil spillage during transit Slight variations in plant size, shape, or color (natural variation) Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer Delivery delays caused by courier services or weather conditions 5. Refund Processing Time If a refund is approved: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank 6. Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order. 7. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Devrai Nursery.
